Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team. As an early team member, you will have a direct impact on the development of our web-based platform, shaping the direction of the product and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Contribute to the design and development of a scalable, high-performance web platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define new features, implement them, and test their functionality.
• Roadmap Contribution: Collaborate in shaping and executing the technical roadmap for platform development.
• Optimization: Focus on optimizing the platform for performance, scalability, and security.
• Maintenance: Ensure continuous monitoring, testing, and maintenance of the platform to provide users with a seamless experience.

About You

• Experience: At least 3 years of software engineering experience, particularly with web-based technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, cloud platforms, and databases like Postgres. Experience with Python is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to scope, plan, and execute projects, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with changing priorities and balancing speed with high-quality output.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions and their impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points (Nice to Haves)

• Experience with the technology stack mentioned above (Angular, Postgres, AWS, Python).
• Experience in the fintech or consumer lending space, or familiarity with credit reference agencies.
