Project Engineer - CCTV

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Project Engineer will install, commission, and maintain security systems across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. You ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for system improvements.

• Install and maintain intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Conduct on-site analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and propose solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements based on customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with a team and independently in the field.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry standards.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry.
• Working knowledge of Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom equipment.
• CSCS card and essential health and safety knowledge.
• Emergency First Aid certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused approach.
