Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday

Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Due to expansion Ventro Group are looking to grow our internal IT support team; We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team. This role will assist with the implementation & ongoing development of our NetSuite system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on NetSuite developments to support the group s growth and strategy
• Administer and maintain the internal system, including user roles and permissions, customisation, configuration, and workflows
• Ad-Hoc requests from internal stakeholders, such as generating reports, custom fields and other minor adjustments to NetSuite system
• First line system support, Assisting with problem resolutions - Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and networking issues
• Review system and equipment performance
• General system maintenance as required
• Assist with system training and updates
• Installing, configuring and maintaining software, hardware, network and application components of the IT system
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Enforcing security best practices to prevent cyber-attacks and security breaches
• Assist with month-end reporting

The successful candidate will:

• Previous experience of NetSuite
• Possess a motivated, driven, and positive can-do attitude
• Have a solution-oriented mindset 1 problem, 2 solutions
• Able to work independently but also as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements
