You'll be someone who is:

• Experienced in overseeing and managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Strong technical background in Java, with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Your career will have evolved from being a Backend Software Engineer to now being the go-to person for technical leadership, bringing that knowledge and hands-on expertise with you.
• Familiarity with delivering mission-critical, high-volume, near real-time systems for financial services clients.
• Strong professional communication skills, capable of representing engineering teams to clients.
