About You We are seeking an exceptional leader with: Industry Expertise: A strong background in financial services technology, particularly in lending or savings products, with the credibility to connect with stakeholders across the sector. Proven Leadership: Significant experience managing and inspiring software development and product management teams, delivering results through strategic vision and decisive execution. Board-Level Impact: Experience reporting to boards and private equity investors, or to senior executives (e.g., CTO/CIO) in large financial institutions. Client-Centric Thinking: A deep understanding of financial services clients and their evolving technology needs.
