Programme Director

Partnering with an amitious PE backed insurance group looking for a Programme Manager/Director to join them on a permanent basis to lead their transformation journey. This is a mostly remote role but will be required to meet on site with stakeholders when needed. £100,000-£120,000 base + LTIPS/Bonus.

You will be an experienced Programme/Change Transformation professional seasoned within the insurance industry. You will be well versed in creating successful programmes of work from scratch and a heavy focus on stakeholder management and engagment at board level. This is one of the most exciting, fast growing organisations in the UK in their space and it has very real potential to grow into a far bigger role.

You will be given full autonomy and freedom to make the changes and build the team as you see fit.
