Your Role As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you ll provide first-line technical support to our staff, ensuring our IT systems and hardware function smoothly. This is an in-office role where your problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for learning will shine.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets (hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues).
  • Set up and configure user workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with user account management (password resets, new user setups).
  • Troubleshoot and escalate more complex technical issues to senior team members.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal stakeholders.
  • Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base for future reference.
