The purpose of a Lead Business Central Engineer (BCE) is multifaceted and involves several key responsibilities. The Lead BCE is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of application specialists. This includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. A major part of the role is to oversee the implementation and integration of 4PS Construct with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality. The Lead BCE ensures that the Business Central solution is optimised to meet the organisation's needs, while also supporting and developing the team and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Stakeholder Management is a major part of this role, collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that support their goals. The Lead BCE will be seen as the system expert and so is a pivotal in ICT in driving adoption in technologies and the stability of systems. About you
