Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Nottinghamshire 1 day per Month.
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Commission (30k)

You will be driving business growth by finding new market opportunities, building client relationships, and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires proactive effort, strong communication, and understanding client needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support business development initiatives.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and meetings to promote the company and establish connections
