Job Title: 2nd Line Application Support Location: Hitchin (full-time onsite) Industry: Property Salary: 32-38k (DOE)
Role Overview: As a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst, you will provide technical support for web and mobile applications to business partners and end-users. You will engage with customers promptly to document details of their cases, issues, or requests, and work collaboratively with the wider Support team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support via ticketing systems Update systems/documentation with relevant information Work closely with stakeholders to guide system changes, fixes and developments Escalate complex issues to Application Specialists where applicable Deliver training and advice on mobile and web applications
Key Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in supporting wither TotalMobile Mobilise, TotalMobile Connect or Trimble Fieldview Experience working with ServiceNow 3+ years' experience within a similar role Database experience- SQL/MySQL
