We're seeking a First Line Support Technician to join a thriving Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Gloucester. This is a fully onsite role, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Provide first-line technical support for a variety of IT issues, including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting
• Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems either in-person or via remote support tools
• Escalate complex issues to second-line support or senior engineers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks
• Great communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• A passion for IT and willingness to learn and grow in the industry
