+ Excellent Benefits Our Client Our client is a leading security equipment company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge security solutions. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Service Engineer to join their dynamic team in Sheffield The Role You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a variety of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms, and access control systems. You will be required to work on 2 large distribution centres, ranging from (Apply online only) camera systems, intruder alarms, access systems Duties - Service, maintain, and repair a range of security systems (CCTV, intruder, fire alarms, and access control).
- Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support.
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience/ Requirements - Proven experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of maintaining and servicing CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms, and access control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- This role includes participation in an on-call rota, ensuring our customers receive excellent service around the clock although it is 1 in 6 and you will be rewarded accordingly set fee per week call out paid at 1.5 and x2
Preferred Experience - Experience working in large distribution centres
- Prior experience in a similar role within the commercial security sector ie; retail, hospitality.
