Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable, reliable ServiceNow architectural frameworks that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the ServiceNow roadmap and prioritise solutions that deliver maximum value.
• Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure governance compliance with industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering knowledge sharing and promoting best practices.
• Stay abreast of ServiceNow developments, leveraging new features and capabilities to benefit the organisation.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and integrations.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable.
