ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London

About the Role:
Linking Humans is delighted to be recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Architect on behalf of our prestigious client. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions, ensuring technical excellence and aligning platform capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee ServiceNow technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and others as required.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance.
• Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Mentor and support technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to architectural principles.
• Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and industry trends to ensure innovative solutions are delivered.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, and customisations.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development, scripting, and API integrations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer, are highly desirable.
