Job Title: IT Technician
Location: Elland (Hybrid)
Salary: > 38,000 + benefits

With over 30 years' experience our client is the UK's largest Passive Fire Protection & Fire Stopping company.

Experience:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, including Power Apps.
• Proven experience in user setups and configurations via AD or Entra.
• Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and maintenance.
• Strong background in SharePoint management and development.
• Ability to develop and maintain scripts & automation tools such as PowerShell. (Desired)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide face-to-face support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Networking experience, including basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.

Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, CompTIA A+, CCNA). Other attributes:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills is crucial and at the heart of this role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
