Lead ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Hybrid. 2 days per week in the London office.

About the Role:
Linking Humans is thrilled to be recruiting a Lead ServiceNow Consultant on behalf of our boutique client, a growing consultancy known for delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions. This is a unique opportunity to take on a hybrid role that combines hands-on architecture, leadership responsibilities, and acting as the second-in-command within a dynamic, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, ensuring they align with client business goals.
• Develop and implement architectural frameworks to support scalable and efficient ServiceNow implementations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices, platform optimisation, and strategic direction.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable solutions.
• Take a leadership role within the team, mentoring junior consultants and driving quality across all projects.
• Represent the company as the number two in the organisation, assisting with operational decisions and strategy development.
• Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies, leveraging them to drive innovation within client solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a senior ServiceNow consultant, with expertise in architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and integrations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a consultancy or boutique firm environment is a bonus.
