Description: Do you want to lead greenfield projects that will shape the future of this organisations go to market strategy for years to come?

You ll be joining a global market leader in retail tech solutions with a number of high-profile retail giants using their products as business critical resource.

The role is pivotal in the organisations bid to replatform towards the latest Angular and Typescript technologies. With a multitude of greenfield projects on products that will be key to their go to market strategy for the years to come, you ll need to be an expert in delivering improvements to enterprise scale web applications with a focus on UI and the front end.

Your role will encompass elements of hands on technical skill, coaching and mentorship, and product strategy/roadmap planning.

Salary: up to £105,000 dependent on experience.

The role is based in Birmingham - 1 day a week in the office with 4 days working from home. This may be flexible to be more remote for the right candidate!

Your skills must include:
  • A strong technical skillset in front end web application development using Angular and Typescript.
  • Experience managing and mentoring software engineers.
  • Experience leading multiple scrum teams.
  • Experience in enterprise scale product development strategy and planning.
  • Experience in cloud architectures and containers.
