Our client is an award-winning manufacturer who are looking for an IT Manager to join their expanding team. The role is on site Monday - Friday. They are looking for someone with previous experience within a similar role, someone who has strong organizational skills as well as being self-motivated, has great communication skills and attention to detail. Role Overview:
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security across all digital systems. You will play a key role in leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency.
Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers Lead IT projects (infrastructure, deployment of new IT systems) Provide leadership in all aspects of IT delivery and IT strategy Maintain security of data, backup systems and network access Monitor IT assets Manage annual IT budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness Responsibility of IT requirements across the company Provide technical support and training to staff across multiple departments Maintain working relationships with external vendors
