Job: UX/UI Designer

Salary: Up to 32k (DOE)

Location: Northampton (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas.
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and industry best practices.

Skills:

• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Knowledge of responsive and accessible design best practices.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
