My client are a global leader in advanced telecommunications solutions for mission-critical networks, is seeking an enthusiastic Junior IT Technician to join their growing IT team. What They Offer

• Salary: £24,000 £30,000 (depending on experience).
• Benefits: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, birthday leave, and a pension scheme after three months.
• Hours: 37 per week (Mon Thurs 8:30 am 5:00 pm, Fri 8:30 am 4:30 pm).

What You ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolutions.
• Facilitate seamless IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Support staff with hardware, software, and office equipment needs.
• Maintain IT documentation, including ticket management, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
• Collaborate on projects and tasks as directed by the IT Manager.

• A proactive and ambitious individual passionate about technology and learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Solid IT skills and experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Problem-solving mindset, capable of managing time efficiently and staying calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of ENTRA/InTune and familiarity with Active Directory is a bonus.
