Key Skills and Experience:
Experience providing software / hardware support
Knowlegde of Access Control systems
Microsoft Windows OS
Windows Server
IT Networking Knowledge - TCP/IP
MS Access
MS-SQL (Management Studio)

As a key player on their technical support team (access control), your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
