• Provide 2nd line support for network issues, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and escalate to 3rd line support when necessary.
• Work closely with a dynamic team to maintain and optimise network infrastructure.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest levels of service.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a 2nd line network support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or other major networking equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
