Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

( 60,000 - 75,000) + 5K car allowance

Hybrid (up to 2 days onsite in your choice of London, Manchester, Bristol, Cambridge or Edinburgh)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to join our consulting client's team. This role is pivotal in delivering transformative business solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), PowerApps, and Azure technologies. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated D365 solutions, working with high-profile clients across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM, Field Service, Power Platform, and Azure, aligning with business and technical objectives.
  • Define technology needs and implement robust D365-based solutions, supporting clients through digital transformation.
  • Develop artifacts such as Technical Options Papers, High-Level Designs, and Roadmaps tailored to D365 implementations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to establish Architectural Guardrails and address technical challenges within Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Support senior leaders with cost estimation, planning, and benefits realization for D365-driven solutions.
  • Present technical concepts and strategies to executives and stakeholders using PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
  • Leverage methodologies such as TOGAF, SAFe, UML, and ArchiMate to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Deliver within governance frameworks using methodologies like Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and implementation, with proficiency in CRM, Field Service, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural methodologies like TOGAF and frameworks such as UML or ArchiMate.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, translating technical ideas into business value.
  • Hands-on experience in software engineering or D365 implementation, including leading technical teams.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Azure are highly desirable.
