You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
