Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to create robust and scalable web applications.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and related technologies
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
  • Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimisation and functionality
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure applications are up-to-date


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PHP Developer
  • Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, or React
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
