1st Line IT Support Assistant

Salary: 22,308 - 23,000 / Pro-rata (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Full-Time or Part-Time considered

• Reset passwords and verify user identities in compliance with GDPR.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity, wireless systems, and other technical issues.
• Perform on-site tasks, including running cables, installing cameras, and setting up equipment.
• Provide hardware and software support, including Office 365, Linux, and server maintenance.
• Address various IT queries efficiently, identifying and implementing the best solutions.
• Manage tasks using Google Docs and assist in maintaining task lists.
