Job Title: Business Central Support Consultant (1st & 2nd Line) Location: Home-based (with occasional travel to office) Salary: 30,000 - 43,000 (depending on experience)
Role Overview: We are currently looking for a Business Central Support Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team at one of the largest and longest-standing Microsoft Dynamics partners. This role will provide support to clients across a variety of industries including manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and retail. The role offers the opportunity to work on new projects and provide post-go-live support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st or 2nd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) to clients across multiple industries
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 BC, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Assist with post-go-live support and help clients optimise their use of the system
Work closely with project teams on new implementations and upgrades
Occasional travel to the West-Midlands office for team meetings and induction (first week on site)
Required Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience supporting D365 BC (either from a partner or end-user background)
Strong technical understanding of D365 BC and its modules
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company
Role Specifics:
1st Line Support: Up to 30k
2nd Line Support: Up to 43k
The roles are focused on growth with plenty of opportunities to progress as new projects come in.
Initial induction will be on-site during the first week, after which the role will be home-based with occasional travel for on-site visits.
