Are you an experienced IT Director looking to join a rapidly scaling eMoney and FinTech business in the heart of the City of London?

The business specialises in providing E Money services via a payments portal to small businesses, entrepreneurs, business investors and family offices. The business is able to provide a seamless payments service across multiple jurisdictions and over 70 currencies worldwide. This enables thier customers to make payments to suppliers, employees and personally, quicky and compliantly, without disruption via over-zealous KYC / AML.

As the IT Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the IT function, setting the strategic vision and recruiting a team of 20-30 talented individuals.

Your expertise in scaling up and entrepreneurial environments will be key as we prepare for the next stage of investment and exit of the existing private equity owners as the business expands into new markets.

In addition to your technical skills, the ability as IT Director to communicate complex technology concepts to non-IT stakeholders is essential. This IT Director role offers a hybrid working environment, with remote working encouraged part of the week encouraged.
