As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery team working to deliver a product within agreed timescales,
to cost and quality standards. You will form a partnership with a Product Manager in order to deliver value against the
product vision. Delivery Managers play a key part in delivery, as the name suggests, They make sure that:
  • Delivery teams know what their Product Manager's desired outcomes/visions are
  • Delivery teams are empowered to make decisions about how to best achieve those outcomes
  • Delivery teams are inspecting and adapting their processes to get the best out of themselves
  • Delivery teams can focus on their work by resolving issues and protecting the team from outside interference
Overall, Delivery Managers will have a key impact on the success of teams by helping them to deliver value as early as
possible
