3rd Line Engineer, InTune, PowerShell, M365 Admin, London

Infrastructure Engineer required by an expanding creative company based near Old Street Station Central London paying upto 55k . It is a Hybrid role, 3 compulsory days in the office, preferably 4. The company is a fresh and fun agency that works with large entertainment and retail brands across the world to help them deliver advertising, branding, retail marketing and much more.

The agency have 4 worldwide offices with 500 users and IT is supported from the London HQ, the IT department is expanding, presently with 6 people, 3 Service Desk Analysts an Infrastructure Engineer/3rd Line IT Engineer, an IT Manager and the CIO

This role is for and 3rd Line Engineer/ Infrastructure Engineer role for someone with a proven track record of the following skills, this should be detailed within your CV

• InTune machine deployment
• InTune Environment Simplification
• InTune Company Portal/Update Applications
• Sentinal One Roll out to EndPoints
• Strong PowerShell scripting ability
• Specifically setting delegate permissions
• Reporting of DL's and Shared Mailboxes

Strong Exchange and M365 Admin Console Experience

Knowledge of Ms Graph (would be beneficial but not essential) and CMD Line

Configuration of Applications for PPS for SSO logins
Able to create parent child domains for Active Directory

Populating and transferring of user information across tool SAAS and services

Group & Users provisioning - Email and DL

VM creation on Azure & HyperV
User migration for parent to child

AD synchronising between tenants

Knowledge of AD Manager from Managed Engine Network and Infrastructure general knowledge
