| Description: | The Transformation Manager plays a key role in driving Business Process Management (BPM) practices at Aristocrat. The BPM Center of Excellence is part of the Global Strategy Delivery organization reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, you will enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making through robust BPM frameworks. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying areas for process optimization, implementing BPM methodologies, and leveraging advanced analytics to transform business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BPM practices and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role will report to the Head of the Center of Excellence (Senior Director of Global Transformation). This role will be based in our London office on a hybrid basis it may require travel to our global offices such as Sydney and the Las Vegas, on occasions. What You'll Do
