You and your role The role is working within our Digital Modernisation and Efficiency Business Management Team who lead services across DWP Digital to ensure the successful delivery of Digital Group's Business Plan. You will be responsible for considering, understanding and analysing large amounts of information, summarising into key points to share with a range of audiences, to inform decision making. You will develop, design and communicate business plans that achieve key strategic benefits including aspects such as people, technology and financial implications. You will also lead a multi-disciplined team located across various Digital Hub locations, providing regular strategic direction and reporting directly to the Head of Business Management in Digital Modernisation and Efficiency where you will work closely to achieve set objectives. As well as your own team, you will have chance to coach and mentor other members of our Business Services Practice. You'll help us encourage collaboration and shared ownership throughout the team and grow capability in our thriving community of practice. Details. Wages. Perks. We work a hybrid model with a mix of home working and sometime in the office. Pay: In return for your skills, we offer competitive pay of 55,557 p.a. Pension: You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97% (Worth 16,000/year).
