Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + 25 Days Paid Holiday, Vendor Certifications, Private Pension Scheme, Company Vehicle

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Middlewich, Cheshire. With a wave of new client contracts, this thriving company is expanding rapidly, making it an ideal time to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality IT support, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Offer outstanding customer service through both remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Manage IT infrastructure upgrades and support the implementation of new systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve IT issues efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update documentation related to IT support and infrastructure changes.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in an IT Support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, network configuration, and general IT system maintenance.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
