32 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team

Job Description

As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that squads operate effectively using agile principles
• Ensuring that squads have a clear plan, set achievable goals and drive progress through sprints
• Facilitating the removal of squad impediments
• Reporting squad progress transparently to stakeholders across the business

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Recognised Agile methodologies or Scrum Master Certification
• Ability to manage complex projects/products, across diverse teams & global locations
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Understanding of high-quality user stories and how to drive to a satisfactory MVP
• An adaptable and pragmatic approach, and a curious mind
