IT Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Line)
Location: London
Duration: 3+ Month Contract(Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: (Apply online only) Pound per hour Inside IR35
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our client team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide first and second-line IT support, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of production and development systems. • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and onsite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware issues.
• Support the imaging process and build new laptops for deployment.
• Handle mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms.
• Provide basic printer support and assist with related technical queries.

• Demonstrated technical knowledge of IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience with L1 and L2 troubleshooting in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to effectively communicate with users.
• Relevant experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop hardware.
• Knowledge of laptop imaging processes and basic network concepts.
