About the Role:
You'll provide remote technical support to the company's external clients while being involved in a variety of hands-on projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving and escalating support tickets.
• Contributing to major projects such as upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
• Conducting technical research to develop tailored client solutions.
• Logging and updating IT support issues.
• Participating in technical training and professional development.
