Java Developer & AWS Engineer (DevOps, Istio, Argo CD)

If so, one of our global banking clients are looking for a well-seasoned Java Developer with AWS Engineering experience, joining an already established team on a contract basis in Central London (2 days onsite).

Job Description:

One of the major parts of the project is to migrate over 120 microservices to the cloud (and create new microservices as well).

• Hands-on knowledge of all technologies listed in the JD
• Should possess good coding skills
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Microservices development and migration experience
• Aware of application related configurations in Config Map/AWS Secret Manager, Kubernetes, Istio, CI/CD etc.
• Experienced with other technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, Terraform and Argo CD.
