Source & Connect are proud to partner with a global end-user organisation who are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM across a complex, multinational business. This is a high-impact role where you will oversee the European project management team and ensure successful delivery across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Oversight: Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM across Europe, ensuring alignment with global project goals.
• Team Management: Oversee and support the European project management team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Project Director and other senior stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• International Travel: Manage on-site engagements across Europe (approximately 3 days per week) while balancing remote work.
• Project Delivery: Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Adapt to the fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing environment, ensuring the solution supports business goals effectively.

• Experience:
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM.
  • Experience with global, multi-country rollouts, particularly in complex business environments.
• Industry Knowledge:
  • Background in manufacturing or similar fast-paced sectors.
  • Strong understanding of operational challenges and solutions within global organisations.
• Skills:
  • Hands-on approach to programme management.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel Flexibility:
  • Willingness to travel internationally (expenses covered).
