Azure / M365 Support Engineer - Remote UK - £65K - Permanent
If you enjoy troubleshooting problems, digging into complex issues and working on them until you find a resolution - this could be the role for you.
It's a fully remote role so you can be based anywhere in the UK. Working within a well established MSP and focussing on their customers' cloud environments, you'll be the last line of escalation for issues with Azure and M365 environments.
Day to day you'll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex and wide ranging problems on a variety of cloud infrastructures. You'll be the escalation point for both 2nd and 3rd line engineers, and will spend as much time as required exploring issues and identifying complex problems and resolutions - escalating on to Microsoft only if absolutely necessary
You'll need to have strong skills in Azure and M365, and experience troubleshooting complex issues. You'll have seen multiple different infrastructure environments - perhaps in another MSP or outsourced environment, and maybe in a contract career - and be able to bring that experience to bear in resolving issues.
The role is a permanent one and will pay around £65K base.
