Telecoms Field Engineer

Tank have been engaged by a key client to recruit a Telecoms Field Engineer for a 3-6 month initial contract.

All equipment will be provided having your own van is preferable although can be sourced for you, mileage paid.

Responsibilities

• Identifying requirements for each site from previous surveys arranging additional visits where necessary
• Identifying a route from incoming SOGEA line to the outstation, connecting the outgoing router to the router rig
• Configuring dependent on the determined solution and ensuring updated correctly
• Attending sites in Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and South Gloustershire 2 weeks ahead of installation
• Able to be on site from 8am around once a week

Router experience with BT or Openreach would be great
