Your new company
Our client are a leading Scottish builder with strong presence in multiple sectors across construction. They are going through a period of significant growth and with a new project win in Ayr are seeking to appoint a construction project manager to their team.
Your new role
As a Project Manager you will be operationally responsible for the delivery of complex design and build project. Working with your team of site managers, QS's etc, you will you develop a positive culture on-site with a core focus on delivering an exceptional outcome for your client. As Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring works are conducted along with company health and safety and quality policies. This project is for a manufacturing related business so experience in the construction of industrial type projects would be attractive.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in construction or similar and have direct experience of working as Project Manager or Senior Site Manager for a reputable tier 2 or tier 1 builder in Scotland. You understand how to engage and develop your team to ensure there is a positive culture on-site and your superior construction experience will see you communicate effectively with external stakeholders such as architects, engineers and others.
