KPJ Group is currently recruiting for an IT System Engineer to join an established team within a dynamic IT environment at their site based in Worsley, Manchester. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft Azure and Office 365, looking to take on a critical role in managing, maintaining, and advancing the company s IT infrastructure. What s on offer? - £54,000 - £79,000 per year
- Monday Friday 7:30am 4:00pm (early finish on Fridays)

What will you be doing as an IT System Engineer? - Managing and monitoring all systems and infrastructure within the Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, applications, and system management tools
- Setting up and troubleshooting routers and switches, ensuring high system availability
- Leading crisis management efforts, enhancing security measures, and adhering to Cyber Security protocols
- Resolving IT service issues related to Azure, O365, and other company-supported applications
- Collaborating with IT teams and departments to resolve complex networking challenges
- Designing information and operational support systems and providing 2nd and 3rd level help desk support
- Liaising with vendors and handling IT projects as assigned by management
What do you need? - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
- At least five years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 in large-scale environments
- Proven skills in troubleshooting complex networking issues, including routing and switching
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server technologies, and virtualised environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with IT service management tools, VDI, DLP, SAP (preferred), and monitoring systems
- Professional certifications in Microsoft Azure and/or Office 365 are highly desirable
- Ability to work onsite, with some travel as required
