Application Analyst

We are seeking a talented and dedicated EMIS Web Configuration Analyst to join a local ICB. In this critical role, you will play a key part in optimising and enhancing the use of EMIS Web within NHS practices. The role will be remote-based, although visits to local practice locations will be essential.

This will involve setting up protocols, searches, concepts, alerts etc, ensuring the group meets the requirements of their contractual obligations. Your expertise in configuration and problem-solving will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain EMIS Web configurations to align with NHS standards and practice-specific requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to understand their needs and tailor configurations accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user experience through configuration changes.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest EMIS Web features and functionalities to leverage them effectively.
• Provide technical support and guidance to practice staff on EMIS Web usage and configuration.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to enhance user proficiency.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
