Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Project Manager, will have a junior project manager working alongside you.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in all situations.
• Ability to proactively and positively respond to client needs and report directly to them.
• FM or PFI experience, CDM knowledge needed.
• Candidates should be qualified to NVQ level 3 as a minimum.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects.
• A self-starter attitude with drive, determination, and creativity.
