Job Title: IT Technician

Location: Perth

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with flexibility for critical operations

Salary: Upto 34,000 DOE

Your Role:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Proactively managing IT services to ensure continuous production without interruptions.
• Hands-on engagement with hardware and systems critical to our day-to-day operations, from network servers to complex production line technologies.
• Spearheading the installation of system updates and new tools, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across departments.
• Offering strategic out-of-hours support to preemptively address and resolve issues, ensuring that operations continue smoothly around the clock.
• Extending your expertise across the region, supporting other sites as needed, and ensuring robust IT practices are upheld company-wide.
