IT Operations Manager

Futures are proud to be working with one of the fastest growing manufacturing businesses in the area. Due to the period of sustained growth, we are looking to appoint and IT Operations Manager to support the IT strategy of the business. This is a fantastic role with opportunity to develop within and a very competitive benefits package.

IT Operations Manager / Dynamics 365 / IT Systems / Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and keep track of Departmental IT Budget and Project Budget
• Communicate with the wider IT Team overseas
• Manage day to day operations of the IT Department
• Be the first point of contact for all Hardware and Software support issues.
• Collaborate with third party suppliers and support with new projects

Skillset

• Ability to work collaboratively with non-geographical cross-functional teams.
• Basic certification in Azure (AZ-900) Foundation. (desirable)
• ITIL Certified (Desirable)
• Strong understanding of IT support processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure management and system security protocols.
