Job Title: IT Manager

Location: King's Lynn

Salary: 23- 25 per hour

Job Type: Temporary (minimum 3 months), Part-Time (3 days a week)
Berry Recruitment are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Manager to oversee IT operations and manage technology resources for a busy and expanding client based in King's Lynn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
  • Oversee IT projects, when required, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
