We're looking for a Technical App Support Manager to guide a skilled team in implementing and supporting cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you will lead installations, configurations, and support for proprietary applications, ensuring seamless service delivery for a diverse client base.

The Role
As the Technical App Support Manager, you'll manage a mix of project work and support services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. You'll work on a hybrid basis with both on-premises and private cloud deployments, driving optimal performance for the systems and applications that clients rely on. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring the technical team to ensure high-quality service.
  • Overseeing technical project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting software on Windows, and cloud environments (AWS).
  • Collaborating with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions.
  • Developing standard procedures and best practices for efficient support.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Hands-on expertise with Windows servers, plus exposure to AWS or similar cloud platforms.
