I am working with a SaaS client of mine in Bristol on a multiskilled Sales Administrator role. This role sits within a SaaS environment. You should be someone that has worked with technology in your roles and is technically minded. You should have experience with sales processes, including managing the administration of sales activity. You should have knowledge of sales cycles for vendors. You will also be delivering content and driving processes. This is a growing company that will have lots of chance for progression.
Responsibilities: Play a key part in supporting the delivery of the buying cycle, driving speed. Support the sales function in order to influence sales and retention. Organise and schedule client touchpoints for smooth relationship management. Communicate with leads and existing customers. CRM tracking, monitoring sales activity and engagement with customers. Ensure documentation is up to date and in order Supplier setup, onboarding, renewals Administrative tasks in support of company obligations and requirements.
Essential: Working with technology / Tech savvy is essential such as Microsoft 365 (mail, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Customer Onboarding Sales Administration Fantastic attention to detail, highly organised Strong communication
Desirable: CRM or CMS solutions experience is highly desirable. Sales or Administration certifications are an advantage. B2B Sales pipeline experience Knowledge of RFP / RFQ
