Business Development Manager

Our Basingstoke Based client are looking for a Business Development Manager. Our client specialises in network security. They work with clients to ensure they are using safe, secure, and reliable systems that keep their data safe. Offering a wide variety of packages to suit each clients need to secure a safe network infrastructure.

Base salary: Up to 40k per annum with uncapped commission

Duties

Contributing to the support of reaching company sales, profit and revenue targets by increasing sales within existing clients as well as winning new business.
The candidate must create proposal and quotation documentation
The candidate must ensure that they continuously liaise with consultants, marketing personnel and sales support.
Proactively managing prospects to generate net new leads via an Online CRM system
Maintain an accurate sales forecast
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company's products and services

Skills

A real team player with the ability to effectively manage their time
Experienced salesperson with in depth telesales experience
Strong communication skills
Background or a keen interest in IT/Security
Great communication skills
Proven consistent sales success in a highly competitive market.
